San Juan Island is the last stop before the ferry heads off to Canadian waters. The ferry terminal is right in downtown Friday Harbor. Friday Harbor is the San Juan County seat and location for government offices, US Customs, and numerous retail shops and restaurants.
Roche Harbor is on the North side of the island and is a popular stop for boaters and the resort is known to host many beautiful weddings and gatherings.
San Juan Island has a lot to offer the outdoors-lover and history buff. English Camp, American Camp and Lime Kiln State Park are all fun to visit. The San Juan County Fairgrounds are also located just outside of Friday Harbor and the annual fair is a popular summer time activity.
